| What You Will Need |

To simplify the process, the following are some of the items
that you will need when you apply for a mortgage loan:
- W2s for the past two years.
- Most current pay stub(s) for each borrower.
- Most recent two months’ bank statements on all
checking, savings, 401k and investment accounts listed
on our application.
- If self-employed or commissioned income:
Complete federal tax returns for the past two years,
business and personal, to include W2s and most recent
profit and loss statement.
- Refinance: Copy of deed or survey.
- New Construction: One complete set of plans
and specs, copy of recorded warranty deed, cost estimate
from builder.
- Appraisal Fee – Conventional & FHA: $350.00, VA:
$375.00.
